Present Projects is a design and production studio based between London, Manila and Guangzhou, working at the intersection of furniture, interiors and spatial storytelling. Founded by Georgie Butz and Reuben Selby, the studio was born out of a shared frustration with the gap between concept and execution. Too often, strong ideas are diluted through sourcing, manufacturing and logistics. Present Projects was created to close that gap, bringing creative direction, design and production together in one place. We design and deliver spaces and objects that feel considered, distinctive and built to last. From custom furniture and architectural details to full interior fit-outs, our work is rooted in materiality, proportion and a clear point of view. Our process is flexible but always hands-on. We can work end-to-end, from initial concept through to 3D design, technical drawings, sourcing, production and installation, or step in purely as a production partner for other brands and designers who have a clear vision and need execution. Much of our work is developed through long-standing relationships with specialist manufacturers and fabricators, allowing us to create bespoke pieces with a level of detail and quality that is often difficult to achieve through traditional routes. Alongside our own design work, we also partner with designers and creative studios to bring their ideas to life. Acting as both a production partner and an incubator, we support 3D designers, architects and emerging talent in navigating the complexities of manufacturing and turning concepts into reality. Whether it’s a fully developed concept, AI render or early-stage idea, we translate vision into something physical, handling materials, engineering, fabrication and delivery. Recent projects include the full fit-out of Hulcan’s London HQ, where we delivered a complete interior scheme including custom executive desks, seating and spatial design, shipped and installed as a fully realised environment. We are currently working across a series of retail spaces, private homes and a boutique hotel. At its core, Present Projects is about making things happen properly, without compromise, and at a price point that remains grounded. We bridge creative vision with real-world execution, building spaces that feel as good as they look.

We design and produce custom furniture, supply renovation materials and deliver full interior fit-outs for residential and commercial projects. Our work is grounded in materiality, proportion and a clear point of view, with a focus on creating pieces and spaces that feel considered, distinctive and built to last.

Our process is flexible but hands-on. We can work end-to-end, from initial concept through to 3D design, technical drawings, sourcing, production and delivery, or step in purely as a production partner for designers, architects and studios who need reliable execution.

Alongside bespoke work, we have developed a network of specialist manufacturers and source factories, allowing us to produce high-quality furniture and interior products at a level and price point that is often difficult to access through traditional retail. This extends beyond furniture into lighting, sanitaryware, doors, windows, hardware, stone, mirrors and full fittings schedules.

We also support designers and creative studios in bringing their ideas to life. Acting as both production partner and incubator, we help translate concepts into physical outcomes, managing materials, engineering, fabrication and logistics.

Recent projects include the full fit-out of Hulcan's London HQ, alongside a growing portfolio of private homes, retail spaces, offices and hospitality projects.

At its core, Present is about making things happen properly.
