Delivery & Shipping.

Standard delivery is curbside. White-glove delivery and installation can be arranged at an additional cost.

We coordinate shipping to the UK or your required destination. Where possible, orders are consolidated into shared containers to optimise cost and efficiency.

Lead times vary depending on the product, materials and order size. As a guide, most bespoke pieces require approximately 3–6 weeks for production, followed by shipping. Sea freight typically takes around 6 weeks, while air freight usually takes approximately 10 days, allowing for customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs provided at quotation or order stage are estimates only.

As most items are bespoke, final shipping costs can only be confirmed once production is complete and the exact dimensions, weight and packaging requirements are known at the point of dispatch.

The Client agrees that final shipping costs may differ from the original estimate and will be responsible for any increase.

Shipping costs may also vary due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to fuel price fluctuations, carrier rate changes, global logistics conditions and geopolitical events.

Present is not liable for any such variations in shipping costs.

If a fixed shipping cost is required prior to confirming an order, this can be arranged. In such cases, the quoted amount will include a contingency to account for potential fluctuations in shipping costs.

We aim to provide accurate and considered estimates based on current market conditions.
